I have the same problem. I lay down and just always feel like there's something I should be doing, it often takes me 2 hours to fall asleep.

I havent seen a doctor or psychiatrist about it because it only affects me when I have nothing to do, once school starts up I'm too tired to worry about what I might need to do, and that's the only time I need a regualr sleeping schedule.

The only way I've found to fix this is to gradually stay up later and later until you can make it to a normal time to fall asleep at. That works for me.

I usually sleep like a log.
In holidays (like now) I go to bed around 2am and get up about midday. 10hours seems a lot but once I get used to it I have to sleep that long every night.
Im dreading school next month...7hours sleep a night :D

KIWI

I have that problem so I scribble it on my whiteboard and then fall right asleep :D
