Hi SoulHey all, may i say great website and nice forum. Could i ask who was it that made it. Am building a website at the moment for my gaming clan, b2b, on call of duty but am a complete noob when it comes to website buliding. I am familiar with photoshop and fireworks MX but cannot link it to a website. Would any1 be able to help/assist me in getting my website up and running, it would not be big with only 20mb of space and would like to make it a similar style to this.
I know most of you guys are pros so any help would be nice. If you can post a reply and ill give you my e-mail.

Pixel2life was a partner project with myself and Shao. I am the graphics guy and do the tutorial adding, and Shao is the programmer.
The first thing you'll need is a site design program if you don't know how to code by hand. Something like DreamWeaver works very well. Basically the key is to design your layout in Photoshop and then cut it all up into your segments, and use tables to format everything the way you like.
I would suggest going through the HTML tips and tricks tutorials to start learning. Short of doing the website for you, there's no quick way to learn. You just need to start with the basics and work your way up. If you have a hosting company that has mySQL and PHP support, you could install PHPNuke. PHPNuke is basically a website in a box. You install it and it's a site... just customize the graphics. It's very generic, but it does get you a site up and running for your clan quick. In fact, 80% of clan sites are done in PHPNuke because the forums and everything are built right in.
Hope that helps a bit and I'm glad you like the site.

What do you want them to say? Style? What feel are you going for? Colors? Anything else that might be useful...

I'm initially going to stick with the 'black, grey & white' colors - and if you want them changed let me know.

I intially started the greys, but thought this orange contrast looked awesome! Here are 2 samples for a splash page - let me know what you think. They'll be a smaller file size once all done too.
