Depends what type of image it is. If its a basic logo, then you could brush it yourself or use the clone tool. That's probably the most easiest and cleanest way...depending how good you are :P

You ever heard of copyrights and altering someone elses work?

I suggest you don't even try to do what your doing, learn how to make your own we have many tutorials up here on creating logo's.

Well altering others work is not the correct way to start out, am sure if you follow some basic beginners tuts and proceed from there you'll be doing your own in no time and when you have your own artwork taken your going to be screaming blue murder all over the web. :)

http://www.pixel2lif..._Photoshop/All/ all our PS tuts with navigation menu on the left.

Good luck and if you get stuck post your questions in the PS help Forum

Just start with making a nice simple figure (made mine in 2 sec in Illustrator: square + 4 more squares in the corners) then play around with the layer /styles/effects. Put the lettering or another figure in it and restart playing.

I call this one "Stealing Logo" (rofl):

Done this fast so you can play with it and mess with the layers.
