Is there a place to downlaod a free version of C++? I want to be a programmer but can't find ang programming syuff except VB. lol

Well yea, when you say is that the language or Compiler, most languages if you download the compiler it comes with the libraries and everything needed to run the program.

Both are right <3 Compilers generally come with enoguh libraries that you'll never need to download any more. But it is possible to download the libraries needed for a language (and then make your own compiler)

Well that's true, but depends on what your referring to. If its a file that ends in .php then that's called the source file and you can download C++ code that would have an extension of .cpp however php is an interpreted language and is also considered a script language, while C++ is a programming language
that compiles into an executable or into libraries (e.g. a dll).

You can download an express version of the visual studio enviroment. . .its got most of the functionality of visual studio 2003 exept its specificaly tailored to C++. Its got a very stronge compiler, hotkeys, keyword text coloring .. .It pritty much has it all.
