I've searched the internet for an explenation on how to make an .eps file from a .psd file, but I couldn't find a clear answer.

So my question was if there is someone here that can explain on help me how te convert my .psd file to an .esp file.

I need this because I've created a design for a shirt, but the machine that prints the shirt needs .eps files for printing.

Open Photoshop and open your .psd file. Go to File > Save As and under the Format dialog box choose .eps.

Never thought about that .

But I can save it as:
Photoshop EPS (.eps)
Photoshop DSC 1.0 (.eps)
Photoshop DSC 2.0 (.eps)

I've tried the option "Photoshop EPS (.eps)" and a new box with EPS options shows itself.
I've no idea what to choose.

To make some things clear I've put the image in the attachment where it's all about.

When I try to save it as "Photoshop EPS (.eps)" with standard options , the black shirt
also shows up in Adobe Illustrator. All fonts have clear edges, but when I move them
the shirt also moves with them. I don't need the shirt, I only need the logo's/text.

In the psd file, do you have separate layers for the text and shirt or did you flatten the file? You could also open the .psd file in Illustrator and go to File > Save As and choose .eps there.

It are all seperate layers.

BTW, the backside of the shirt has 2 logo's.
When I save it as .eps Illustrator won't reconize them.

You do know you can open photoshopfiles (.psd) in Illustrator and he will ask you automaticly if you want to keep the layers. So i dont see any problems here? Unless i misunderstand you both...

It seems I need to vectorize the logo's myself.
