Animated 2D Water? I am trying to find a way to create a 2D water animation

Hey all, this is my first post here, been using this site for awhile though

I am looking for a way to creat a 2D water animation that i can output to multiple image files, it has to be loopable so the begining and ending frame need to connect

It also has to be a topdown view, not a horizon or anything

If anyone can help please let me know, thanks in advance

I saw this tutorial on the main page the other day, maybe what your looking for:

It is a slightly angled view but it looks like you'd be able to create one thats a top-down view.

Thanks griffin, that program is close to what i want but isn't robust enough to create the effect im looking for

I am basicly going to be turning this animation into normal maps for a 3d game engine's water shader
