My Render is too big!!!

Okay...ive been usin C4D for a few weeks now and am sorta gettin the hang of it...
ive recently run into a problem where ive made a kick ass render but it takes too long to render into the pix viewer and save and my the prog keeps freezin...might have somethin to do w/the double hyper-nurb
I have brought the resolution all the way down to 700 x 443 (custom) and it still bugs out on mee...
I also made the render itself uber shrinked...but to no avail
is there any way to save this sweet render? or will i be forced to use a crappy screen shot of it in render-to-active-view?
