Hmm... it's a free DNS But it works like any other domain...
domain url, get a proper domain name like .com .net .biz .org or something known I know I have never even heard of .to domain extension before

domain name or its extension is not a problem, maybe your domain is blacklisted

its probably not your particular subdomain, but the entire domain of us.to. You should really think about getting a real domain. They are pretty cheap and if you are planning to take your services professional you will probabaly end up moving to a real domain in the forseeable future.

Your site probably don't meet the minimum criteria of AdSense. Read the Google TOS here: https://support.goog...wer/75109?hl=en and try to apply again.
