Yeah this is why i said it would only work on ps7 and CS2 - cause CS don't have 3d transform.

Where do I find 3D Transform? i can't find it anywhere

I am picking that you are using CS2 Kaze.. by default install 3D transform is not included in CS2. Just toss your PS CD into the drive and in the goodies folder look for a file called 3D Transform.8BF and place that in C:\Programs Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-ins\Filters and restart PS.
