Post vanishing?

I made a post in the hiring forum to get some help for a short and sweet forum template editing but the post isn't showing up. Have I made a mistake or missed some rules regarding posting there? Been looking for a week now trying to hire someone to edit this forum.
If I've made an error please direct me to the proper rules and I'll read them over before posting again.
Edit: I see, posts must be approved.. didn't notice the disclaimer until I made the 2nd post in that forum.
Moderators please ignore the 1st or 2nd I didn't mean to post there twice just thought maybe my first didn't go through. Sorry for the confusion.
