Easy www111,

Step 1. Get the image opened up in Photoshop.

Step 2. Go to Edit » Edit in Quick Mask Mode.

Step 3. Then select the Brush Tool, and set the brush size to 20. (brush size will depend on the image).

Step 4. Now use your brush and paint over the image. (we want to smooth out the face, but we want to leave the eyes, nose and mouth intact so it looks genuine).

Step 5. Now that you have selected your area in quick mask mode, exit the quick mask mode by pressing "Q".

Step 6. Select » Inverse, then Select » Feather, and enter about 10px

Step 7. Now go to Filter » Blur » Guassian Blur. Set radius to about 3 pixels.

Any finally, if for some reason the image looks to unrealistic, then Go to Filter » Noise » Add Noise. For amount, put about 2.5%, Uniformed and Monochromatic selected.

Good luck! Let us know how it works out! :)

using the Spot Healing tool is a better method for smoothing skin and concealing blemishes. It is great way and you can easily download it

After that you have to follow these following steps
The Workflow
  • Open the picture and hit F5.
  • Make your retouching with the already selected History Brush.
  • When happy with your result, hit Ctrl+E
