Please help me find font for counting with...

Hello,
i am searching the web for the past 30 mins and i cant find anything usefull. The basic idea is that i write a number 3 and i get III ... Like handwritten and
each line is different ... and when u get to 5 its basicle crossed the 4 lines ... or soemthing like that.
Hope you guys understand what i am trying to do ...
