is there anyway to find out how much my section of the website has been earning

Well, whoever has access to the Adsene user page could make a channel for a section of the site (such as http://www.example.com/section1). Then, using Advanced Reports, you could see how much that channel is earning.

Exactly what z77 has replied, but if its not your account he cannot disclose the amounts to you as he is in breach of the terms he agreed on when he signed up.

you can show anyone your earnings however you can't disclose your CTR and eCPM
