Chitika Payment
I saw that it was $50 for check, but then saw $10 for payments through paypal. What time of the month do they send checks? and when do they send money via paypal?
Stu
i think if you check in thier TOS or something it should tell you when they send thier cheques, its usually the same date every month. a bit like google as im sure you know. but im just guessing. id avoid paypal if theyre going to take 1/5 of your money though really...
yoshiteru
Hmm...somewhere I seemed to miss this, who takes 1/5 of the money, chitika? So should I go ahead and switch to check?
Stu
personally i would switch to a cheque yes, paypal takes a certain amount of money from transfers. im not sure if its just for merchant accounts or not but i know for me they take 3.4% off all transfers into my account.

i avoid paypal as much as i can just as a preference, but its up to you ultimately...

EDIT:
sorry ive completely misunderstood you. i thought you said paypal too k$10 out of your $50, but in reply to the actual question im sorry i dont know why paypal has it shown as $10 and $50 from a cheque, may be some paypal scam, i really dont know, sorry for confusing you..
yoshiteru
HAHA sorry, seems like im confusing you as well.
Chitikas minimum payout is $50 for a check.
or $10 for paypal, neither are interlinked, in fact the check had little to do with my question, but now Im probably going to switch to check tongue.gif
Stu
ah minimum payment, it could be something to do with the money they pay for postage for a cheque (i know, 5p or something for us but x 10million and it all adds up) is much more than they would be charged to send your money to paypal. just a thought
