Full Version: Flash Drop Down Menu

Hi,

I'm building up a website, my first, so it's all new to me. I'm wanting to create a drop down menu to appear under one of my buttons. The button looks like this:

I've never really used flash, and the tutorials I've looked at haven't told me how to do it properly. I think I need two layers and the tutorials tell me how to create menus using only 1.

Basically, the button needs to highlight when rolled over, and when clicked the black box you can see in the image, drops down and has links on to various sub pages within the site.

Other thing is I need it to do is drop down over the top of the rest of the site, like the menus in this site do:

Can anyone provide me with a step by step tutorial for dummies?

Cheers

I've worked through this tutorial and for some reason I couldn't get it to do what I was wanting it to do. Are there anymore?

Thanks
