ok so, i started a new website, which is called:

Graphictopsies.com , I think its a good idea for graphic communities, and such, however i dont seem to get a lot of traffic, or people joining.

If anyone can direct me in a good path, i would greatly appreciate it.

You could submit to other topsites? Get some advertising on graphic community sites to kick things off. If its purely a topsite it could be tricky to get traffic. If you offer tutorials, then get them submitted - that always brings in the traffic.
