CreStock is having a photoshop contest with great prizes.

The Rules

This contest is free to enter – and each week for four weeks, the judges will pick five photos from our image library. Your entry must be based on one or more of these photos, but you are free to do with them whatever you like.

The Judges and the public will cast their votes, and the entry with the highest score will win. The winning entry will hold a high level of creativity, technicality and incredible visual impact, be it pure eye candy – or with a twist of humor.

So amaze us or make us laugh – or both. It's up to you and your skills, creativity and imagination – But whatever you do, don't miss out on the action!

The winner will be announced in the forums each week, so make sure to check back!

The Prizes:

1 week: iPod nano 2GB & iPod 30GB

2 week: MacBook

3 week: MacBook Pro

4 week: Mac Pro & 2x 30"LCD's


Contest Schedule

November 22nd: First set of pictures are released
November 26th: First Week Deadline [12:00PST, 20:00GMT]
Voting continues until Wednesday 29th November [04:00PST, 12:00 GMT]

November 29th: Winner of Week 1 is announced
& 2nd set of pictures released

December 4rd: Second Week Deadline [01:00PST, 09:00GMT]

December 6th: Winner of Week 2 is announced
& 3rd set of pictures released
December 11th: Third Week Deadline [01:00PST, 09:00GMT]

December 13th: Winner of Week 3 is announced
& 4th set of pictures released
December 18th: Fourth Week Deadline [01:00PST, 09:00GMT]

December 20th: Winner of week 4 and the Grand Prize is announced!

Nice comp knedl, don't like the way public can vote that opens it up for abuse.

Yeah I agree, there were allready some complaints about that but the admins sorted it out but they can't prevent it except to close public voting, luckily the voters votes count 50% and the other 50% is for the judges. Since it's the first week I hope everything will be fair from here on.

ive entered, but the problem is that everyone is voted to like 2.0 or 3.0 rating because people get their friends to vote 10 for them and 1 for everybody else

true, everybody gets very low votes
(so did i )

I think for this contest only a hand full of people should be allowed to vote eliminating the problem

yes the best solution would be that only the judges can vote
or that there are two grades
one from the voters from all around the world (less important)
and the other (important) from the judges

I mean, do CreStock website send the prizes all over the world or just in limited continent/countries??
