I need a template designed for a church youth group. They would like to have a kind of rustic feel like this website: http://www.mercyme.org/main/. It doesn't need to be "churchy". The layout needs to be like a blog with a header at the top that says "Grace Youth", a horizontal navigation menu under it, an area for content, and a sidebar on the right side for random picture thumbnails, upcoming events, verse of the day, etc.

I only need the PSD, I will be doing all the HTML/CSS work. It needs to look good on a 1024x768 resolution.

The deadline for this is midnight on Tuesday, January 2nd. The winner will be paid $75 or if I'm really happy with your work $100. If nothing submitted is usable I reserve the right to extend the contest or close it without awarding a winner.
