Before we start you may want too save the following pattern ...
Now make a new document with the size of 650px X 877px ... and fill it with the pattern ... you should have something like this:
In this step we are going to add our logo and the upper links like bookmark and so on ...
Next ... add your menu, it is a very simple one so i don`t think it needs to be explained... you should have something like this:
Next ... make a blue ( #2e79b2 ) rectangle with the rounded rectangle tool, and erase the upper part ... instead of it ... take the pencil tool and draw 2 lines .. one with 1px and the other one with 2px with different colors ...
You should have something like this:
Add a search bar in the stuff we created the previous step and you should have something like this:
Now add your secondary menu under the search bar ...
Next add some boxes in wich all the content will be, for blue i used #5eaace and for green i used #89a373 ... like this:
Next add all your content and your copyright info and you are good to go
