In this tutorial i am going to teach you to make something like this:
First of all start with a 770px X 700px white document ...
Then, using the rectangular marquee tool, make a square, fill it with white and add these blending options too it:
Now you should have something like this:
Save the following iphone picture if you wanna use it:
Add it to your splash page like this:
Now all you have to do is add your text and copyright info and you are good to go
