im not 100% sure what you mean but if im right in assuming you want to remove the black background then this may help... if not then its a waste of 5 minutes so stop reading now

for starters, why does your animation snapshot in your original post look so pixelated?
secondly, when rendering animations i always render as a series of .tga or .tif files with alpha channels preserved. this enable you to a)take out the background later and b)if the render crashes or you want to re-render a certain section of the scene you only have to re-render those select frames as oppose to the entire animation and c)in short it just gives you more control.
so to remove the black background... this is how i would do it, but im a sucker for doing things the hard way so i dont know if there is an easier process to do this...
- create a new folder
- save file as xxxx_xxxx.tga in the newly created folder (xxxxx_xxxxx being whatever file name you choose)
- render
- once rendered open photoshop and record a new action in which you open the first image of the sequence and load the alpha channel, then delete the background from the image. save the file in ANOTHER NEW folder as a .tga and then close it. stop recording and save the action.
- file->automate->select the action you saved previously. this will do the same process for all of the images in the folder that was created from the initial render.
- open the folder with the NEW images in using after effects or whatever video compositing software you use.
- composite with video game scene
there is a tutorial on cgarchitect.com i think, which explains the process on using actions to take out background on your images for use in animations in detail. if you do not know how and cannot find the article reply here and ill find it for you.
im only assuming youre using after effects as i think scythar mentioned it in his post... i dont know if that is the case or not but the same theory behind the process stands.
anyways i gotta run now as work is over and i need to beat the traffic... im keeping an eye on this thread so let me know if im on the right track or not and if i am ill try reply in a bit more detail!
