here are a couple of layouts I made a while ago, you can choose to get the PSD file and code+css/andor PHP(for things like, random art, various other goodies I can make), or just get the PSD
and do the coding stuff yourself. It'll cost a bit more for the former, of course. I can also do some redesigning to fit your needs, but that'll also be more.
