I want to make a runescape help site... but I don't know how to create like an item database, monster database, people database, and stuff like that, I would really like to know how to do this, I want to make it to where I can like give other people certain editing rights, like Admin rights are 80 (can edit anything) guide editing could be 60 (can edit all the way up to guides) 40 could be news (can add news posts to the front page) and site editing at 20 (can only edit people, monsters, and items)

What you are wanting is a full out CMS. You need to learn php, coldfusion, or asp and then start reading tutorials about user rights, and custom CMS (Content Management Systems). The database part is really easy and you should be able to learn that in a couple hours.

Any way you could get me some good tutorials? Because I don't know what to look for...
