Can any one recommend me a tutorial which could help me to make a picture coloring like this:

The image is to small for me to tell, but this could be a mixture of diffrent colourings
Looks to me like about 80% could be Dodge and Burn + pen tool, and prob some basic brushing

Do a quick seach on P2L for dodge and burn, you may find something simler
