I've been creating websites for years and years now. However, none of them have had that appeal or attraction to make them worth while. I have not in my years of working on websites been able to design anything. Logos, banners, websites... I can't do anything of those to any degree of skill. However, I can code very well.

I am looking for a Designer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to become a partner with me. This will be a half and half thing until we get more and more clients. As we grow we will begin to higher more staff, at which point you will be come the head of graphic designers.

Its going to take some time to get off the ground running, but I have complete faith in the ability to do it.

You will get to design the website for our design and develop company, you will get full credit for it.

I am also looking for someone who can manage and maintain the SEO and traffic for the site. I don't know much about these positions so I don't know what to expect. If you feel like giving my a short run down let me know.
