www.whizdev.blogspot.com is a web development blog occasionally providing articles, resources and freebies to webmasters worldwide. I neglected the blog, which is why it only has a little over a dozen articles, yet it STILL receives a steady stream of 500+ monthly search engine traffic, mainly from people searching for web dev resources such as icons and scripts. I decided to sell it because I don't have the time to maintain it, but if you write articles and provide resources regularly this blog has HUGE potential.

Revenue: I am currently earning a small Adbrite revenue - $1 -$3 monthly. The low income is because I hardly ever wrote content - if regularly updated, there is a substantial income potential.
