Hi I would like to know: where do you guys register your domains and why? Similarly, which is the cheapest domain registrar for COM, NET, ORG, INFO and US extensions. Thanks in advance.

I have used GoDaddy for my domains to register them, not because of the clever marketing either, lol. Generally they are reasonable and I have never had a major issue with them. As for cheapest domain type... I would hazard a guess that .com and .net are generally your cheapest since they are easily the most used.

I have a GoDaddy and NameCheap account, both registrars are very reliable and cheap!
And also, they're big names so theyre trusted!

I usually use GoDaddy, there are some other iffy sites. I used to use yahoo, but they ripped me off after a year . Their other services are good, just not domains.

Thanks for the replies guys but is there any registrar which offers the registration of COM, NET and ORG domains for $6.99 or cheaper???
Its ran by a UK based company I was working at up until a few weeks ago. Currently the cheapest in the UK for .com and .co.uk, also offers lots of other domain extensions including .it domains
