I like to start working with 3D programm's, but i want to know which one is the best. But not hard to work with for noobs

The short simple answer is none of them are "best", use the one that is most easily accessible, they all have a learning curve.

You can use Blender from www.blender.org for a free 3-D software.
Personally, I think Maya Software is the best 3D program today.
