First of all, what version of flash are you using? Have you used actionscript before?

I am using CS4 and yes I have used actionscript but only minimally I only know the basics I wouldn't know where to start to code something like that.

Flashmymind.com should get you a good handle on actionscript, basically to do this you'll need to do several things.

1. get comfy with AS 3
