Yes, video tutorials are accepted. I can see your first pending tutorial was submitted on January 12, but if you take a look at this list of tutorials waiting to be approved (http://www.pixel2life.com/pending/), tutorials from January 10 are still on the waiting list.
As long as your tutorials don't break the rules (more about that here http://www.pixel2life.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8461), they'll be approved. Don't worry if it takes a few days, as admins have to approve them manually
