When it comes to projects (especially web applications) always overshoot the time. Things come up, bugs appear, and you know...

Overshooting the time gives you plenty of time for perfection, it's better it be smooth and bug begone than rushed and bug infested, hopefully the extra time allows for a smoother operation.
