I am looking to have a banner created for a streaming media website (www.justin.tv/haunt). I am willing to spend up to $150 depending on the level of quality and time spent on the project. I do expect a quality\ professional banner! I will need this completed ASAP- but it is not an absolute time crunch as I value quality over quickness. Here are some details surrounding the project:

1 - The image size must be exactly 950px x 200px and cannot exceed 3mb in .jpg format.

2 - I would like the theme of the banner to be horrorish\creepy in style. Cartoonish horror\creepy if possible.

3 - Background must be dark in nature ie. graveyard scene, dark forest scene.

4 - The banner must contain the text "Haunt's Horror Hangout" and this text must be the focal element of the design.

5 - I would like the text to have an effect, in particular an old bloody rope.

6 - I would like to incorporate a moon within the image, glowing and eerie looking.

7 - I would like to incorporate a zombie hanging by a noose within the design. A creepy\cartoonish zombie if possible.

Idea that has come to mind

1 - An old eerie graveyard or forest background with a glowing full moon in the sky. At the center an old bloody rope woven to spell out Haunt's Horror Hangout with the G in 'hangout' extended down a bit and turning into a noose which has hung a zombie.

Everything is negotiable!

just a tip though if you can post a simple image of what you would like it will help other applicants to visualize what you need....
