i just made a navigation banner

but id like it so i can add the links to it

for example

when i click on the forum it takes me to the forum and so on

could anybody help me out or point me in a good direction

Well, there are two ways to do it. The first one is slicing that image in little ones. Then, link each image separately to its section. You have a tutorial about that here:
