I opened http://www.psd-host.com/ on 23rd October 2006 as an option for users to have a place to upload and share PSDs for FREE. Now that I have a child on the way it is time to say goodbye to this baby. There is a simple admin that allows the owner to create catergories and choose which PSDs can be listed in a public directory.

The skin was designed especially for me at a cost of $200 and the script is all custom coded and cost a total of $400.

The site has a Page Rank of 570,581 and a Google Rank of 1/10.

I currently has 5,276 PSDs hosted and 1,860 users.

I have never placed ads on the site as it was solely run for fun so I am unsure of what revenue it could bring in.

The sale is for the domain name and site contents.

I am open to offers as I would like to have a quick sale.

I would like the payment for the site to paid via PayPal and site will be handed over once payment is made. If needed I can create an ebay auction but any FEEs would need to be covered.
