I have just finished re-designing my design for Creative Design Forum along with the blog.

I have posted both links as the design looks slightly different on each.

nice start the forums are of a nice size. though i would remove the music and films and the software forums mainly because they can be covered in the general and webdesign/graphic design forums.

only thing i would change design wise would be to change the navigation background colour to match the main background blue. then have white or light blue text.
otherwise both look good

I wanted to have the "Software" forum, mainly as there are numerous graphic design software, that way it would be easier for each individual who use different software.

Originally the nav bar was the same blue as the background there with a white text, but it was hard to notice the buttons. With the light grey nav bar it is easier to spot the menu
