I think they all turned out great. The women in red seems like she was enjoying the photo shoot. Those are the kind of people I enjoy photographing. The woman in black seems a bit tense. I can see it in her body language. There are a few things you can have them do that will loosen them up and make them feel good about the photo shoot.

The background in your photos turned out great. Looks like it would have been a fun place to take some photos.

just one little thing, pictures with the girl in a red dress would look more professional if here dress is ironed, i know its a small detail you didn't have influence on, but i had to point out that

Lady in red well she is the best model out of these 3... She looks natural for the camera and comfortable posing to you. First one looks kind of a tense, altough her first photo is better than second still.
On the second shot she has hands crossed and the pose is kind of a closed, even a bit agressive in my opinion.
Your second model, photo no 3 gives a feeling of a random shot. This pose would work on a little smoother surface... For example on a rock or somethig.

Yeah, the third set stands above the rest, great work
