First time poster, long time reader.

I've been trying for the longest time, to figure out how to create ornamentals. I'm needing it for a layout I'm creating for my rpg website. But I can't find info anywhere, I can only find brushes/vectors.

For example refer to these:

when I'm talking about the ornamentals, I'm talking about the borders for the layout. A push in the right direction would be nice. Thanks for any of your time
