Does anyone know what application to use on a phone for these to work?!

You supposed to take a picture and it takes you to the video(this one is on youtube)

but theres also stores here that started doing this and you just take a picture of it and it takes you to the purchase page...and I guess some carriers just make it bill to your phone bill.

I just noticed it on youtube....

but I don't know what to download on my phone or what not..anyone know? x-x

This might be in some sort of testing phase. I feel like there is something being developed for the iPhone or Blackberry similar to this. It just takes a picture of a barcode and compares it to a database. I feel like it must already exist for consumers in some way, though there may only be a small number of participants.
