In Photoshop CS you use to be able to create a marque selection around an image by pressing CTRL + Shift and Left Click. Now it just selects the layer. For example if you have a cut out of a Butterfly or Insect CTRL + Shift and Left Click would create a selection around the image exact shape. How do you go about creating a selection around a image in CS4?

Just hold Ctrl and click on the layer thumbnail and it should do a selection around the image
