Currently, we consist of a very small team of people to produce web content:

We are seeking someone that can produce art for different types of projects that we will do. We will be handling very high end projects (Content portals, hand coded forums, etc). The payment for each project will be distributed completely evenly to each team member (at the moment, will be three). So, for a high end project that would have a payment of $2,000, we would do $2,000 / 3 = $666.67 (rather interesting number
) per person. We could make more than $2,000 depending on the project.We will be building complete sites (with user systems, forums, portals, blog systems, etc) depending on the type of project. We will be building a team site, too, so people can post projects for us to do on the team site. I will be building an application in Flash for clients to use. The application in Flash will allow clients to visually organize their ideas, and they can send their ideas to us, and we can produce their ideas to reality.
It would be very nice if the artist had some form of contact (preferable Skype), but any of the other following contact methods (IM) would also be nice:
AIM
MSN
YIM
Gtalk
ICQ
and of course, Skype
We could also contact through emails, but it's much easier to work on a project with someone on an IM client. You should be dedicated to each project, and go through with the entire project. Unfortunately, I only have one example at the moment to show:

That's not a very good example for displaying what we are capable of creating. I have loads of other projects, however, that's the only online example at the moment. Of course I've worked on many other projects in the past, but none of them are online at the moment. We are capable of producing almost any kind of web content, such as:
Portals [Media, Flash, Video, Image, Audio, etc], Hand coded forums (custom tags, such as [flash][/flash], etc), blogs, and basically any kind of web content.
We will guarantee the payment, and it would be nice if the person resided within the US or Canada, because it would be easier to send payments (via mail) if preferred, but if else, we will distribute payments on Paypal.
