hey guys, i am a noob at html and css,
i noe sum basics, but only basics


can somebody tell me what it takes to make a site like this

basically so i can upload manga for other to view in the same manner as those sites

or is there perhaps a joomla template that can easily manage it for me
so i can have other members able to upload manga

lol i dont know much about joomla either


please if u have the time, can you explain what i may need to make those type of sites

I don't think theirs a script for that, you'll need to learn php your self or hire someone to do it for you.

If you're looking for tutorials, search for image galleries and blogs, think a little and combine the two.

If you're looking for pre-made scripts, check out hotscripts.com, who knows

If you're looking for the easy way out, download a gallery like coppermine. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an -ish plugin for it or w/e
