I am looking for someone that can make an animated sig for me. I have a flv video that I would like to use with a sig.

The flv is a sketch of a rabbit hopping. It is in black and white. I am looking for a sig that starts in B&W and as the rabbit hops across, colors appear behind the rabbit along with my name until the entire sig is filled with color as the rabbit hops out of frame.

If no one wants to tackle this, could you point me in the proper direction? Maybe suggest a tut that I can view.
