Overall it's a nice job, but there are a few things you can fix and improve.

The header text just doesn't seem to flow. It goes from one text to another, the text naturally changed size but you didn't compensate for it. So maybe make 'Susan Mecca' larger and 'Design' smaller so they fit together.

On the top link bar there seems to be a line of blue on the very left.

At the top of the content box, there is no padding, and it makes the image seem out of place.

Also, with the images in the content area of the site, it would look better if you do some sort of border, like a 1px border of the best looking colour.

And lastly, on the side bar the persons email is to long for it to look good. Instead of her email why don't you just make it an 'Email Me' button?

I agree with Elrohier on his points,

I would like to add that the picture could be more of a focus, It doesn't look like it is sized right, too big a white border on the right.

Overall nice and clean.
