I want a site based on pure game information. If you've ever played World of Warcraft you know theres several large informational sites like Thottbot.com / wow.allakhazam.com

My site will be geared around the upcoming mmo Star Trek Online

I've already got a domain and hosting, I just can't design in PS, I've messed around with Gimp a little for making a logo, tossed around the idea of using Wordpress (I cant stand their hybrid html/xhtml coding system), etc and I just can't design it myself.

I know an average amount of html. I know enough to take a template and duplicate it's html for various pages of a site, maybe adding some minor stuff, but past that I don't know php/xhtml/css. I know the backbone behind them, the basic html but nothing advanced, been a long time since I ran a .com

Want's:

- A darkish layout, either dark gray or a light black. Link colors standard #FF0000 with no underline, maybe a darker red for highlight. White text on the dark bg, Verdana font.

- Semi large logo at the top, around 900x120ish. I can provide some basic graphics I want included, as well as the text I want written on it.

- Multi navigation system, i.e. a main column on the right hand side for links to various subpages of information I'll create / a system at the top of the page with maybe buttons or text for the information.

- room in the right hand column to add in a Twitter feed, and a "Recent Updates" type section where I can simply link to current stuff

- overall look unique


Now, I'm on a budget, I can probably work something out around $50-100. I know, most custom designers charge triple or better than that, but it doesn't have to be insanely the most beautiful site ever made. Something decent/professional looking that I can just replicate a single html page for every subpage I want to create is good enough. I would be paying via PayPal once the job is complete and I am happy with the final outcome.
