well advertising is a given..but what if you want really active members..what should you do..like our member count is high but we want a lot more and active ones..is there cerian places we should advertise?..let me know please

Offer something nobody else does... not just sigs, etc... communities are directly affected by the content offered, offer some unique content and members will come.

i often think a modivation thing is the best so li,e after 150 posts you become a premium member and they get acces to premium stuff and are a special colour. Also make the more posts you have u get rewards and have sotws and compitions. Make your forum intresting!

maybe you could make the site a sig battle site or summit like that

Sorry, but post to host isn't a new or unique idea There are tons of them out there.

He is right, maybe a site with battling, of templates, sigs, logo's banners etc with a mixture of gaming or something

I think that's all. I DO like to be active in all the forum I joined, but some forum just lack of those thing, which didn't impress me at all. Or even worst, no post for a week or more! You need posts, and it's a QUALITY post rather than just "Nice work!" "I like it so much", these is so called, a waste of time Sorry for any offence guy My apologies here

Well I signed up in many forum probably over 30 but the only ones im active in is P2L, my clan forun, and my site forum.

I think the reason is because on two of them its my responsibilty to be there and post and P2L I think because it has an interesting forum without the bullshit.
