Windows XP
I knew that the ports and virtual machine ip is stored into the registry and then i started searching for it then i found the path.
I found out how to get rid of that pesky Error 183 when you try to restart the networking when you add Ports.

Just to to:
Start > Run
Type:
regedit

Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > VMWare, Inc. > VMnetLib > vmnet8 > NAT > TCPForward

And delete all but (Default).

After that close vmware and reopen it go to the network settings and add your ports.

That's all :D
