Make a presentation is not difficult now. you just have to prepare yourprogram will be presented. There are utility in the Flash demo builder to make apresentation, one is automatic training.A training mode automatically adds a click box with thefailure/success and the hint captions. When you choose this preset, a hint caption will be appearedfor each mouse click activity asking the viewer to click onthe same mouse location. When a user makes a mistake, a failure caption will beappeared and he/she needs to redo the operation until it gets right. The success caption will be appeared and the presentationcontinues. This preset is very useful to conduct an e-learningto teach how to operate a software.

Flash Demo Builder will show a window Recording Settings.

On tab general, for the recording mode, we choose"Automatic" and choose "Training". You can also enable microphone recording. When it isenabled, whatever sound heard by your microphone during capturingwill be recorded. This sound will be imported as a synchronized sound afterthe capturing process is finished. Please make sure you haveyour microphone turned on and activated through the WindowsVolume Control. For the other tabs, we use default.

There is a "Tips" window then click close button.

A window where you can select a project dimension will show up. Most of the time you will use the same project dimensionas the capture area.In this case, simply click OK to close the window. However when you are capturing a full screen area and you want topublish it on the website, you may want to resize the capture result to a user friendly size such as not bigger than640x480.

Step 4

Now, you can capture the program. You can end the capturing session by clicking the icon at the bottom right cornerof your desktop as shown below or by pressing the Ctrl + End button.

Step 5

You can edit and add your capture in the scene's list. You can use tools to insert text, etc in your scenes.
