Memory Card Error and other strange problems?

I was making some nice pictures just a minute ago and all of a sudden the camera starting acting strange. First, I got a Memory Card Error. The camera didn't respond well to the on and off button until I took the card out. Also, the top display went berserk with the memory card in: With the camera off part of the display was still on, and the main display wouldn't go on all time times with the memory card in.

It currently does seem to work with another card in there, but it feels pretty awkward.Do you know what might be the cause, and what might solve it?

This is old post on some forum from one user; however, I suppose you must have similar problems as him/she. So don’t panic, this tutorial below will cover a simple and efficient way to fix memory card error and help you recover lost photos or other files as well perfectly.

How to fix your memory card error?

Step 1: Checking your memory card

The first and important thing you need to consider is that the card is damaged or broken. You should make sure this point. As flash memory card, it can not last forever, when there is a certain number of writes, the card would be fail. So that if you have another card, then try to change the card over to see if this can correct the error.

Step 2: Formatting the Card

Once the digital camera can not write to the memory card successfully, then it might be the wrong correct format. You’d better put the card back in the camera and format it in the option. This process would make sure that the card would be compatible.

Step 3: Checking the Contacts

The contacts on the back of the card can become dirty or wear out completely. If the contacts are simply dirty, then a small eraser can be used to clean them. Also, try using compressed air to blow inside the memory card compartment to get rid of any dust on the contacts.

Fix it? Then go ahead to recover lost photos on memory card.
