How to make stock all glowy and...shiny '-'
A lot of people like the 'soft/glowy' look for anime characters especially in signatures etc.

So I shall make this tutorial because some people ask how I do it.

It's very quite simple so her it goes.

1. Put the stock onto the background you wish it to be over like I did below.



Now Duplicate the layer that the stock is on.

Select the original layer(which should be below the copied).

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur  and set it to approx ~1-2 depending on the stock. I usually use ~1-1.2 for anime, and 2 for more complex images.

Now all you have to do. Is set the stock layer(COPY) to Overlay. Again depending on the stock Sometimes Soft Light may look better than Overlay mess around with it a bit.
