Burned Skin Manipulation
Learn to create this burned skin manipulation. You can than add some red to the eyes to give it an evil nature to it.
First open the picture were going to modify. Using a close up pciture works really well with this result.
Duplicate the layer by right clicking on Layer 1 and selecting Duplicate Layer. Now were are going to select the Smudge Tool 
and we want to go in a circle area around the whole image excluding the eyes on the duplicated layer. Should come up with something like this. Also dont worry about black and smearing this is what helps the effect.
Now once we have something like this were are going to change the blend mode to Difference. Shown as below.
Just doing this should give the image a burned effect.

Why isn’t it working? All the image shows up is black!! What can I do to fix this, because this is a really good idea!! I followed the exact directions!!
